Akinwumi Coker from SRJ Marketing received great feedback from a customer!

A customer, who Akinwumi signed up on Saturday 11th June, sent us a fantastic feedback on Akinwumi's customer service:

Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently had a home insulation survey and re-visit by one of your Field Representatives, as I was unsure about pursuing having cavity wall insulation installed. The reason for my communication today is to inform you of my immense satisfaction with the involvement I have had with one of your Representatives, Akinumi Coker. I found him to be most informative, explaining procedures, and took an interest in our home, including my crazy Springer Spaniel who instantly took a liking to Akinumi (and vice versa!!). He was most polite, courteous, friendly and professional (and in a rare instance, got past my front door!!). In a world of complaints, I am a great believer of commending satisfaction, as I feel that this is an area all too missed by most. Please pass on my comments to the relevant people as Akinumi is an asset and a great advocate for your company.

⋅  Crew Leaders Development Meeting

A few of the Mantra Marketing Team had a fantastic opportunity this week to meet James Greeves the Executive Director of the Appco Group Asia, Mike Blane the MD of the Appco Group and Simon Murphy the Vice President of the Appco Group. A Crew Leaders meeting was held in London and was designed for those at level 3 of the Development Programme or those at level 2 who are really impressing. Rob Cotterell, Max and Anthony were lucky enough to be invited and listened to topics including " How to build a Successful Team" and " How to Create a Vision". The team were also able to network with all other people at this level and this will see their progression advance at least 6 weeks!
