I started in the Business as a student at University. When I saw the opportunity to get involved in a business that gave me the chance to progress to having my own organisation someday, I was keen to get started.

After working and meeting people who had achieved so much success from hard-work and determination, I made up my mind to take my opportunity seriously and really make something out of it. I set to work personally recruiting, building the team that I knew would soon be a part of my own office. I put a lot of time and effort into training and motivating my team, all the time making it bigger and stronger - knowing that the effort you put into your work is the amount that you will get back from it one day.

In 2004, ten months after starting in the business, my determination paid off and I started running my first company - SRJ Marketing Ltd. Having seen my company and all of the people in it go from strength to strength over the years, I only plan for it to get even better. I'm working towards becoming a VP (Vice President) and have big ambitions for the future of my company - my business motive is to grow and spread my business into other countries, to take on more challenges and see more and more people year on year succeed and achieve great things through the business. I will do anything to achieve this goal and often travel to other companies around the world to bring fresh ideas into my business. My most recent trip was to Singapore where I spent time learning from James Greaves and Simon Murphy.

I know that what I invest into my business; time, hard-work, money, is what I will get back in the success of SRJ Marketing. How I've always worked and trained people to work is that through an attitude of hard work and never giving up, anything can and will be achieved whilst you're putting in 100%.
